The company specializes in conventional building construction techniques, prefabrication systems, infrastructure development, and electro-mechanical projects. Over the years, HFP has expanded into a multidisciplinary organization that delivers comprehensive solutions across real estate development, civil engineering, roads and drainage, and facility management.
HFP is registered in Category “D”, the highest classification by the Federal Ministry of Works and the Lagos State Government, underscoring its capacity to deliver large-scale and high-value engineering projects. The company is a proud subsidiary of Globe Investments House S.A., with an authorized share capital of ₦1.25 billion.
In the early 1980s, HFP began by constructing private residential buildings and commercial office blocks, often financing projects and leasing them back to clients over time. This innovative approach empowered hundreds of individuals and organizations to own homes and commercial properties, many for the first time. Today, HFP remains one of the largest property developers in the prestigious areas of Ikoyi and Victoria Island in Lagos State.
