Chief Adewale Atanda is a senior member of the Nigerian Bar. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in 1980 and was called to the Bar in 1981, enrolling as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He began his career at HFP Engineering (Nigeria) Limited in 1982 and rose to the position of General Counsel/Company Secretary by 1990.
Chief Atanda has extensive experience in legal practice and real estate development. He pioneered the first major Private Initiative Real Estate Scheme (PIRES), which led to the development of Victoria Garden City (VGC) in the early 1990s.
He is a shareholder and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Mr. Ayodele Martins holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, having attended Trinity College, Cambridge. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1986 and was enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1992.
After spending over 11 years as part of the Management Team at HFP, he was appointed Managing Director of the company effective July 1, 2008.
Prior to joining the HFP Group in 1997, ‘Dele Martins had acquired over 11 years of post-qualification experience with several internationally renowned legal firms, including Slaughter and May in England, and Babalakin & Co. in Nigeria.
During his tenure as Deputy Group Managing Director at HFP, ‘Dele Martins was responsible for the day-to-day management of Victoria Water Services Limited—the company responsible for producing and distributing treated water to residents of Victoria Garden City and Mayfair Gardens. Under his leadership, VWSL expanded its operations to include the establishment of a bottled and sachet water factory under the brand name "VGC Table Water."
He was also in charge of the daily operations of VGC Maintenance & Management Company Limited, the entity responsible for upholding the exceptional standards of Victoria Garden City. Additionally, he managed HFP Properties Limited, overseeing the maintenance and management of key assets such as VGC Shopping Complex, Ikota International Shopping Complex, Dolphin Shopping Plaza, Meidan Apartments, and other properties.
Furthermore, he managed Victoria Court Limited, owners of Victoria Court Cemetery—the first private cemetery in West Africa.
Mr. Martins is a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a shareholder and Director of the company.
Kingsley Omojola joined the company in 1991 as a Legal Adviser and has steadily risen through the ranks to become a member of the management team, currently serving as General Manager responsible for all legal and administrative functions within the company.
He is a legal practitioner, enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1985. He earned his law degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
Mr. Omojola is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Lior Nizri is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Economics from the Business Administration College in Haifa, Israel. He is also a member of several professional accounting and finance associations.
He brings extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management, having worked with several multinational organizations. For the past 10 years, he has served as the Group Financial Controller at Globe International Holdings.
Prior to his current role, Lior held various positions within the group’s subsidiaries, including VGC Communications Ltd and MCM Ltd, and contributed significantly to major construction projects in southeastern Nigeria before relocating to the Group’s headquarters in Lagos.
He also played a key role in the establishment of new branches of the telecom company in Port Harcourt and Abuja, prior to its acquisition by MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd.
His service across different arms of the Group has significantly enhanced his expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and strategic funds management.
Arie Carasso-Lev is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Globe Energy Resources and serves as the General Manager of the Globe International Holdings group of companies. He brings over 45 years of experience in managing both international and local companies and projects across various sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BScEEE) from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.
